My name is Jane Kahoun and I have been a Loan Officer since 2002. Prior to this I worked in the Customer Service industry for approx. eight years.

I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin and have been married for 13 years. My husband and I have four daughters who range in age from 8 to 21.

I take great pride in providing top notch service to my customers before, during and after the transaction. My goal is to provide the best available financing options while educating and guiding thru the entire loan process.

I have been in the banking and mortgage business since 1990. Since 2001, I have focused on the mortgage industry. I find this profession both challenging and very interesting.

I have been in the mortgage business for 3 years. I have been with Mortgage Headquarters, Inc. for 1 year now and love the opportunities I have to help people find a home to call their own. Being a loan officer is a very fulfilling job. It's not every day you get to help people make their dreams come true.

I am originally form Luxemburg, so I have been a Green Bay native all me life. I am married with 3 children. I have my Bachelor of Arts degree from Silver Lake College.

I like to go Harley Riding with my husband and love camping with my family. I am also a very active parent with the Red Smith PTO and would love to get some more families in our neighborhood.

I have been in the banking industry since 2000 and have been a mortgage loan officer since 2004. I have made excellent customer service, loyalty and dedication to my customers the backbone of my business.  I listen to needs and wants, and am a firm believer in educating my customers, not only during the loan process, but afterwards as well as I believe in the “customer for life” philosophy.  I am very motivated and dedicated to helping my customers attain their homeownership goals.  Everyone deserves the American Dream of homeownership.
In 2006, I earned the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation, which helps me to evaluate your mortgage needs as part of your entire financial picture.  So, whether you are a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned homeowner looking to move up, or an investor adding to your portfolio, I will be sure to show you all your options and how they affect your financial picture as a whole.  My husband and I live along the Lakeshore in Manitowoc.  In our spare time, we enjoy camping, weekend trips to Door County and taking rides on our Harley.

I joined the Mortgage Headquarters team in November of 2007.  I bring over 9 years of experience as a loan processor.  I find it very satisfying to give customers an excellent experience with the company and make the process go as smooth as possible.

My husband and I live in the Sobieski area and have been married for 25 years.  We have 2 boys, 23 and 21.  We enjoy motorcycling, reading, and camping.  We also enjoy our yearly trips to Mexico as get away time…
